- 30-40 minutes by car to Yeosu EXPO (28km)
2. Strengths
- Newly opened
- Good value price
- Some rooms have washing machines in the room(but, not drying machine unfortunately. The hotel has separate coin laundry & drying machine in B1 : laundry)
- Spacious parking lot
- Superstore(Home plus) is around : 400 meters from hotel
- Breakfast is very nice(Do-Si-Rak restaurant) considering its price : Both Korean and American style food are served with various choices. Also view from the restaurant is plus(you can see the sea with beautiful bridge outside)
- friendly staff
3. Weaknesses
- this is a business hotel bit far from tourist places : but if you have your own car, this hotel has strength in value
4. Room related
1) Good
- cleanness : it was very clean(toilet / room / etc)
- air conditioner works well(LG) : (but might be troublesome to someone because the wind was direct to the face in my case)
- disposable slipper(white one)
- complimentary bottled water
2) Bad
- some bad smell at the toilet(some time after check in... from the sewer I guess. But it did not reach the room inside)
3) Others
- TV : many cable programs available(Mostly Korean channels - not so many foreign channels)
- Refrigerator : very small one with one door(NO MINIBAR available in the room)
- Electric kettle

In 2014, a Virgin Galactic spaceship exploded in mid-air, killing a test pilot and seriously injuring another.
